Title: Meat Flavouring Vinegar

1/2lgGrated onion
2 Red peppers, chopped fine
1tbBrown sugar
1/2tbCelery seed
1/2tbDry mustard
1/2tsTurmeric
1/2tsPepper
1/4tsSalt

Stir all ingredient into a pint of vinegar. Leave for 3 weeks. 2 tablespoons of this will flavour and colour a stew or gravy.
